Creeper Trail Bike Rental - Shuttle Service's Whitetop Shop is located in the tiny mountain community of Whitetop VA, 18 miles east of Damascus Virginia, and only 5 minutes from the beginning of the VA Creeper Trail at Whitetop Train Station. Located right on US58, we are most conveniently located for your bike rentals. Many rental cabins and bed & breakfast inns are nearby, and we are within 15 miles of 3 major camping areas, including Grayson Highlands State Park. No matter where you're coming from, if you're traveling West on US58 through Whitetop we're 17 miles closer to the beginning of your biking adventure than any other bike rental - shuttle service.
At Creeper Trail Bike Rental you will find the perfect place to begin your mountain biking outing. Start here at Whitetop and ride the 18 miles downhill to Damascus VA where you can catch one of our shuttles back from our Damascus Shop. Or, you can ride the full 34 miles to Abingdon VA and we'll pick you up there. Of course, if you really enjoy biking and the exercise, you can make the round trip by bike.
Once you're on your way you'll soon see why the Virginia Creeper Trail is considered by many people to be the most scenic bike trail in the United States, and why so many come back year after year.
